Cat Turpin is a healthcare leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning behavioral health, client success, and organizational leadership. With a master’s degree in clinical psychology, she brings a deeply human approach to helping people navigate change, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity. An Ironman finisher and lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Cat believes strength is built through consistency, connection, and trusting ourselves through every new challenge.

Women’s Health Strategist · Holistic Health Coach · Creative Director

Violetta Markelou is a certified holistic health and life coach, creative director, and photographer whose work brings together women’s wellness, storytelling, and personal transformation. Drawing from her own health journey and more than a decade of study in nutrition, hormones, longevity, and accessible wellness, she helps women approach midlife with greater confidence and self-awareness. Violetta believes in food as medicine, practical health strategies, and creating experiences that help women reconnect with their vitality, identity, and personal power.

Women’s Wellness Strategist · Food as Medicine Advocate

Maggie Troope Biscarr is a women’s wellness strategist and longtime leader at the intersection of food, health, workplace well-being, and social impact. Inspired by her own healthy-aging journey, she is passionate about helping women approach midlife with greater knowledge, confidence, and possibility. Maggie brings more than 20 years of experience building partnerships and practical health initiatives, with a particular focus on Food as Medicine, whole-person wellness, and creating supportive communities for women.
